今年一年の締めくくり

いいのか、悪いのか

金欠で10日の絶食で8キロ痩せたけど、4キロ戻りました。
55キロぐらいだったのは、遠い過去。

うちにあるズボンは、あっ今はパンツだっけ、ウエスト60センチ前後のものがほとんど、数年前、急に太って、いくつかウエスト90センチ前後のものを数着、80センチまで痩せて今、85センチ、あうパンツが少くねぇ～。
