裏も表も基から存在しないんだよね
裏って勝手に決めてるだけで裏も表もないんだよ
世間や人の価値にあわせて、いい人に見られたいたいとか、親切な人に思われたいとか、しっかりした人に思われたいとか
認められたいとか
成功したいとか
精神的に優れた人に思われたいとか
そんなどうでもいいカタチに自分をはめこもうとエネルギーを使い果たしていつの間にか人生が味気ないものになってしまう。
そんなちっぽけな尺度でなく
自分はもともとが、かけがえのない命そのものであって
存在すること自体が奇跡であって真理であり道でり愛そのもので完璧なんだ
コインもギュルルーンって回転させれば球体になり、それがまるごと自分
あるがままでまるごと自分なのさっ！
ただただ純粋無垢な自分の本性でいいんだよ！

立春を境にして去年 子供達と植えたどんぐりが割れ出して芽がでるかも!?と期待してます やっぱり無理かな…と半分諦めてたから嬉しかったです 植物も春に向けて準備しているんですね 表も裏も一枚の紙 本当人間もそうなんですね
